Cancellation Policy

We have a 24hour cancellation policy.

If you cannot attend, wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know by email or phone/text as soon as possible. If you have received an email reminder, you can also change or cancel your appointment through the reminder email.

Fees do apply for missed or appointments cancelled without the courtesy of 48 hours notice. Of course exceptional circumstances are taken into consideration. I appreciate your understanding.

Consultation Fees


Initial
consultation fees are due prior to the initial appointment, and are taken when you book online through the Contact page.

Subsequent appointments are billed immediately after the appointment and payment is expected within 24 hours.
